Dr Koon has changed my opinion of dentists forever. After some negative experiences with dentists who failed to understand or simply didnt care about their patients mental health I was left terrified of going to dentists in my 20s. Dr Koon is one of the kindest, most patient and considerate people I have ever met and I cannot recommend his practice highly enough. Thank you so much for your help getting my confidence back and overcomming my dental fear.

For years I was conscious of not smiling too much for extreme fear of people seeing the state of my teeth and gums. The shame I felt was sometimes overwhelming, and the thought of going to dentists was too much as I felt I would be judged. Dr Wilfred and his amazing team have changed all of that with their genuine compassion, care and professionalism. The all on 4 process has literally changed my life and still can't believe how natural my new teeth look. I now actually look forward to going to the dentist. I really cannot recommend the point dental enough.

The staff at this clinic are always friendly and professional. They do a great job at making you feel as comfortable as possible and ensure you understand everything before the treatment is carried out, which shows they really care about their patients and their health. By far one of the best dental clinics in Point Cook, I'd definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Highly recommended this practice. I have had bad experiences in the past where i have either felt some fear or judgement. I needed to find a place that would work with me, be understanding and ultimately help me transform my smile. Initially i had a phone consultation . It was from this interaction that i decided to choose Point Dental and make my first face to face appointment. Its important to point this out as i was blown away how comfortable i felt on this phone call. I cant remember who it was, could have been Natalie, but it doesn't matter as all the ladies at the front are so kind, knowledgeable and discreet when its needed. The whole experience has been so positive and alleviated any fears and concerns i have had previously. The follow up was and still is amazing even after you have had your treatment. Definitely feel so lucky to have found a dentist that i actually look forward to seeing. Big shout out to Dr Koon and staff. You have changed my life and i am forever grateful.

I spent nearly 10 months at the Point Dental to treat my periodontitis, dental calculus and reconfiguring one of my crowns. Dr. Evelyn is so professional, nice and gentle. She always gives me the most pertinent advice. She is also very patient and efficient with my two children. In addition, the three staff members at the front desk called me back after my treatment to inquire about my feelings and give me advice and comfort.

I've just had two of my wisdom teeth out and these guys were so fabulous. Talk about going above and beyond, please do not change your practice philosophy! Michael was a solid 10/10. I get super nervous and they accommodated me so well! Spa music in my ears, stress ball in my hand and the dental nurse was rubbing my shoulder. You guys are so great, thank you heaps!

From the first consultation with Dr. Koon to the final fitting of my new 'All On 4' teeth all visits have exceeded expectations. Every person who works there, Dr. Koon ( who performs the surgery and fittings, David ( who also performs fittings and meticulously makes the teeth ) and all of the assistants & reception staff are just genuinely lovely people who have made the whole process a fuss free and really nice experience. Not many look forward to Dentist visits I know but after mine at The Point Dental I honestly can't recommend the team there highly enough.

All the people are really nice and friendly they make you feel comfortable and at ease which isn't bad for a dental clinic. Dr Koon is very approachable and explains very clearly what is going on. I highly recommend this practice for anyone that is nervous about seeing a dentist. Keep up the great work people and don't change a thing.

I found this Dental practice on Google while making enquiries on having All-On-4 dental work. I have to say that the process was so easy and stream lined from my initial online enquiry to the end process of having my bridges fitted. Wilfred and his team are amazing! Very friendly and confident in what they do which made me feel reassured that I had chosen the right place for my dental work. I have to let you know that I have a fear of the dentist, so just walking in there made my heart race and even a little sweaty from the thought of being in a dental practice. My initial consult with Wilfred was really good. It was done in a small room with a lounge room feel about it, so I wasn't sitting in the dental chair. Wilfred was very informative and his knowledge of the whole procedure. The end-to-end process was all done in house. They arranged for Access My Super to call me for the funding of my work, they arranged the anaesthetist for the surgery, and the dental tech that made my bridges did an amazing job.So, if you're thinking about having major dental work done, this is the place to go to. I have started to recommend Wilfred and his team to my friends and family and if you're not too far from Point Cook, make a booking. I have given the ok to use my before and after pics on their site so keep an eye out to see the results. I'm one extremely happy customer.Thanks to the entire team for all your help and care. Nothing short of brilliant.

Update: I had my ALL on 4 done here this month (June 2019) and I couldn't be happier. Thankyou Dr Koon for all your attention & passion for creating beautiful smiles, you are a genius. The only feedback for improvement, I would suggest better after-care provided by the clinic as I felt that wasn't at all sufficient directly after a major 6 hour surgery. Please ensure you have someone to pick you up & look after you for a few days at least. Thanks team!

I had All On 4 done a few months ago now and couldn't be happier!! Yes it cost ALOT, but glad I done it. Was really surprised that there was no pain afterwards considering the amount of work I had done. Was tender but not painful. Being able to have it done at the clinic and not having to go into hospital was a bonus as well :-)

I never went to the dentist since leaving school due to the fear factor, which led my teeth to deteriorate over the years. So i decided to get the all on 4 procedure done and Dr Koon and his staff have been so professional, patient, helpful and knowledgeable throughout my treatment plan. I am forever grateful to them for giving me my first ever smile to be proud of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Point Dental to anyone looking for a dentist who puts you first.

I have a dental phobia to the point where I've not been able to see a dentist since I had my last dental visit was about 15 years ago to a dentist in Werribee, Victoria, who only managed to increase my fear for any dental work at all - even a basic checkup.Left with no choice but to have dental surgery done, I recently started seeking out an affordable dentist who was sympathetic to my (admittedly) irrational fears, so I asked for recommendations from similar minded people at various user forums. The Point Dental at Point Cook Victoria was recommended to me, and I ended up making an appointment to see Dr Michael Seng, a young (by my standards) chap who is very capable in his craft.The way I was treated, and the understanding of my fears that I was afforded when I arrived for my appointment was second to none. I wasn't rushed, treated with the utmost respect and everything was explained to me before I had to enter the dreaded surgery room with the treatment chair that immediately struck terror in me when I saw the chair.I asked for Nitrous Oxide to help with my anxiety, but unfortunately, The Point Dental doesn't offer that. Instead, I was offered and given Penthrox sedation to use and breath in as I saw fit and needed - the same type of short-acting flute analgesic that ambulance paramedics provide. I found it works as well, if not better than the Nitrous Oxide gas I had hoped to get and served to relieve my anxiety completely.My appointment turned into about 2 hours, and at my request, work on my mouth was started the same day. I never thought I'd say this, but I am now looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks where some surgery under a general anaesthetic has been scheduled. Due to my initial visit and experience, I have insisted that Dr Michael performs the remainder of any future treatment. He impressed me that much!If you have a fear or phobia of dental work, I can not recommend The Point Dental practice highly enough. They are awesome. I and my family are part of this awesome dental practice the time it opened it's doors. All our dental needs are well taken care by the experienced doctors and the ever energetic support staff. The practice makes you feel at home. You will see friendly faces all around. Li and Natalie and Julie at the reception desk will make you smile and extend a warm welcome. I recommend taking a box of fine chocolates. .!! You will get a royal treatment. Jokes aside, this is the best dental practice I have experienced so far.

I came with great fear of dental work and thanks to the encouraging support of Dr Koons team, ended up, having my implants done with only a local anaesthetic, which saved me a lot of money (for the planned GA). There was no pain during the procedure. Dr Koon radiates calmness, assurance, acceptance and did a very sound and professional job. After the procedure I had no bruising at all! Dr Koon and his team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, save and cared for. The atmosphere in the facility is warm and welcoming. Any questions also were answered gladly until I understood what would get done. Everything was perfect! There is nothing I could wish for. Thank you Dr Koon AND Team!

I contacted many clinics both here and overseas to explain and assure me of actions and costs associated with all 'all on four' and other dental implant options. Dr Wilfred Koon was the only one who spent the time to ensure I understood the extent and costs associated with proposed works. Dr Koon is is amazing, he is honest, articulate and an absolute pleasure to talk to and deal with. I am so pleased I chose Dr Koon to undertake my 'all on four' dental work. I have had major dental work done earlier this year I must say that the whole process was just so easy. The Point Dental Team are the most professional that I have ever seen they are very caring compassionate and very polite, well done to his team. Dr Wilfred Koon what an amazing brilliant humble man he just makes you feel so comfortable and at ease very thorough throughout the whole process, explains everything in detail. I had my all on 4 done at The Point dental... was looking for something local because I know I will be going back for more than a few times for the procedure and check ups. Dr. Koon was very very helpful, patient and informative. I couldn't be any happier with my new set of teeth.
