The Legacy of Nobel Biocare and Why It Matters
Nobel Biocare was originally founded in Sweden by Professor Brånemark, who discovered over 80 years ago that titanium could fuse with bone. This breakthrough, known as osseointegration, led to the invention of the first modern dental implants nearly 60 years ago.
Then, 26 years ago, Nobel Biocare revolutionized dental implantology once again by introducing the All-on-4® technique, enabling patients to restore a full arch of teeth using just four strategically placed implants.
